Thank you for choosing Zach's Graphics. Please carefully review our return policy, as all sales are final due to the nature of our products being printed on demand at the time of client orders.

Refunds

Given the customized and print-on-demand nature of our items, we do not offer refunds or returns. Each product is created specifically for you upon order, making it unique and tailored to your preferences.

Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Items

We understand that sometimes issues may arise during transit. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we offer exchanges. To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Notify us of the issue within 7 days of receiving the product at Zach@ZachsGraphics.com.
2. Provide Documentation: Proper documentation such as clear photos of the damaged or defective item is required for assessment.
3. Resolution: Upon review, if your claim is approved, we will provide instructions for the exchange process.

Exchanges Process:

Upon approval of an exchange, we shall expeditiously dispatch a replacement for the damaged or defective item. Kindly allow a period of 5-7 business days for the delivery of the newly printed product.
